Pippa’s workout routine includes an absolute devotion to Pilates, she reveals, in addition to the running, swimming, skiing and tennis in which she regularly partakes.
With its focus on repetitive movements to tone muscles that often don’t get enough attention at the gym, Pilates is Pippa’s preference. The younger Middleton is said to hit a Pilates studio in her Parson’s Green neighborhood at least once a week, and she’s said, “As someone who is always ‘on the go’, Pilates has been a wonderful escape from my busy lifestyle in London … Whether it’s seven in the morning or seven at night I always leave feeling calm, refreshed and invigorated.”
