CELEBRITY STYLIST

It is to be expected that Alisa Maria would be one of the most talented and creative fashion stylists in the industry.  Influenced from the time she was a child watching classic movies like Gone with the Wind and Breakfast at Tiffany’s, Alisa Maria has always drawn inspiration from legendary Hollywood actresses such as Sophia Loren, Elizabeth Taylor, Marilyn Monroe, Grace Kelly and many more. Her love of old Hollywood gives a touch of nostalgia and glamour to her work.

Alisa Maria’s initial love affair with fashion was born as a teenager in high school when she purchased her first Gucci bag and shoes, and when she gave styling advice to all of her friends. Alisa went on to pursue acting, modeling and dancing, but always came back to her love of styling. During her journey she designed her own Alisa Maria Private Label luxury fur and python line. (available 2012) Her luxury fur line is currently sold at Bergen Furs in Montclair, NJ and debuted during Fashion Week 2011 to rave reviews.

Alisa’s experience as a designer and immersion into the industry has enhanced her already effortless and trend setting abilities as a stylist. From working with various directors & producers  in television and film, including John Singleton , MarioVan Peoples, Hype Williams ,Chris Columbus , Joel Shumacher , Sidney Lumet  ,Sam Raimi , Rand Ravich to name a few, Alisa has a realistic working idea of both in front of the camera and behind. Alisa has most recently worked with many of of the industry’s rising stars and created looks for, Kat Deluna ‘s music video “Dancing Tonight”,  The Real Housewives of New Jersey’s Melissa Gorga’s album cover “On Display” and Omarosa from The Celebrity Apprentice for the ” Rollin Out Magazine Shoot ” for  Donald Trumps Ultimate Merger “.  Alisa has also styled for magazines such as Urban Ink , Stepping Out, Source Life, InStyle, Black Men Magazine, Allure RollinOut , Essence, and Obvious Magazine.

In addition to actively working in the industry,  Alisa Maria understands the importance of supporting it as well. In 2010 she was the Official Sponsor and Presenter of SachikaTwins in New York Fashion Week at Style 360. For 2011,  Alisa has sponsored the Stop Bullies event at GreenHouse for Vinnie of The Jersey Shore, and The Real Housewives of New York Premiere Party at Covet for New York Housewife Ramona Singer.

Alisa’s unique accommodating abilities and sense of style make her easy to work with.
